Meow: A Blessing In Timing

I don't know about you, but there are moments when things just seem to happen.

This week while raking the leaves from the plants in the back yard, a black cat came running out, headed to the fence and just watched me as I watched her. I didn't even see her. She was laying on the side under the plants and leaves tucked away where no one could see her.

Jump ahead to Wednesday. Looking behind the plants (they grow right up to the house) we found 5 kittens.

Now, for years we have been dog people. I have had a dog in my family since I was probably 8 years old. So with the idea of now having kittens, is a bit strange. But yet, it would give folks someone to look after a bit, care for and see grow on their own.

Now here is the timing part. For those American Idol watchers here in the states, the guest talent was Andrew Lloyd Weber. The man behind countless musicals such as Cats, Phantom of the Opera and others.

My question is this... is the timing of finding the cats behind the plants, on the same night Sir Andrew performed with the contestants just a coincidence? Is there a meaning as to why the cats pick our house (the dog people that we have been) to be the birth place and mini sanctuary for their family?
